قام المهندس الفرنسي أندريه أوجين بلونديل ( بالانجليزية : André Blondel) ( 28 أغسطس 1863 – 15 نوفمبر 1938 ) بالاختراعات التالية :
– اخترع نموذجا ً خاصا ً لمسجل الذبذبة في الكهرباء الميكانيكية.
– قام بوضع عدة دراسات حول موجات الراديو الكتريك.
– اخترع أول محطة إرسال لاسلكية تحدد اتجاه الطائرة أو السفينة.
وهي تعطي إشارات تلتقطها البواخر المجهزة بمنقل إشعاعي وهو جهاز يستعمل الموجات الكهربائية الإشعاعية لتحديد اتجاه طائرة أو سفينة.
– وابتداءً من عام 1960 تطورت الملاحة الإشعاعية لكنها اعتمدت على اكتشافات واختراعات بوندي.
